• Converted long, error-prone manual Windows Server build guides into Ansible playbooks, producing consistent, repeatable builds that scale to any number of servers.
• Automated vSphere virtual machine provisioning with Terraform, delivered through a GitLab CI/CD pipeline with automated testing, giving full version control and visibility of deployed infrastructure.
• Used Podman to run Ansible in a container since Ansible is not compatible with Windows.

• Contributed to a platform that fully automates AWS environment creation, giving users fast, self-service access at the correct permission level when joining a new project or cloud environment.
• Deployed project infrastructure as code using AWS Landing Zone Accelerator.
• Built pull-request and Ansible-deployment Tekton pipelines enforcing unit tests, linting and vulnerability scanning before merge.

• Developed a Python application using the OpenAI (ChatGPT) API to generate tailored website content and export it as HTML, hosted locally with Streamlit during development and testing.

• Replaced a manual, message-based room booking process with a Microsoft Forms and Power Automate workflow, routing requests for approval automatically and emailing confirmations.
• Logged approved bookings to an Excel history that tracked remaining room availability against the 24-hour free-usage limit.
