Replaced a manual, message-based room booking process with a Microsoft Forms and Power Automate workflow. Requests were routed for approval automatically with confirmations emailed to requesters, and approved bookings were logged to an Excel history that tracked remaining room availability against the 24-hour free-usage limit.
